The disagreement between Prince Arthur Eze and Governor Willie Obiano blew into the open yesterday when neither the governor nor his representative attended the opening of the newly established zone 13 of Nigeria police in Ukpo, in Dunukofia local council area.

Before yesterday rumour was rife that Obiano and Prince Eze were at loggerhead over choice of location of the zonal headquarters.

Yesterday, however, doubts as to where the zonal headquarters would be sited ended when the Inspector -General of Police Muhammed Adamu represented by Deputy Inspector-General of Police Mr. Celestine Okoye performed the opening ceremony at Ukpo.

In his speech, Okoye thanked Prince Arthur Eze for his efforts in attracting the zonal headquarters to Ukpo.

He said Buhari gave Igbo people the best road in addition to second Niger Bridge.

Prince Eze rated Buhari next to late General Sani Abacha who he said created Dunukofia local council.
