Reprieve came the way of Petroleum tanker drivers who were held up at the Amansea boundary of Anambra and Enugu State as the secretary to Anambra State Government, Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu alongside the SSA to the Governor of Anambra state on Petroleum & Union Matters, Hon. Peter Nwosu worked assiduously to make way for petrol tankers carrying Petroleum products to gain access into Anambra State.

Recall, that the State Government had earlier placed restrictions on all inter state travel except those involved in essential services.

Through the intervention of the duo of SSG of Anambra State and the SSA on Petroleum and Union Matters the tanker drivers were able to gain access into Anambra thereby averting Petroleum crisis in the state.
