New Zone 13 AIG resumes office
Newly deployed Assistant Inspector-General (AIG) of Police, AIG Godwin Ndidi Aghaulor, has resumed duty at Zone thirteen, Ukpo, constituting Anambra and Enugu State respectively.
Tribune Online gathered that Aghaulor succeeded AIG Tony Olofu, sequel to his retirement from active service.
In a press statement made available to Journalists in Awka, on Thursday, by the Zonal Police Public Relations Officer, SP Ihunwo Josephine, the new AIG who has zero tolerance for corruption is to work in line with the IGP’s vision statement for emplacing a modern police force that is professionally competent, service driven and people friendly.
Josephine said the appointment was made by the Inspector General of Police, IGP Olukayode Egbetokun.
“The Zonal Headquarters hereby solicits the cooperation and support of the good people of Enugu and Anambra States to enable him bring to bear his vast wealth of experience in policing and in the maintenance of law and order also, for all to be good and law abiding citizens”
