From report that was published by the Senior Special Assistant To President On Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu made it clear that it was only 10 students that were missing after bandits attacked a school in Kastina State.
Garba Shehu reportedly told BBC that according to the student who escaped from the gunmen that attacked their school, only 10 students are remaining with them.
Major John Eneche, Coordinator of Media Defense Operations was live on Channels TV and he made it clear that their records states that 500 students are still missing. The Channels TV reporter asked Major John Eneche to confirm the figures of the students who are missing and abducted. Major John replied and said that they were able to confirm the figures from the principal, he added that the principal said they had 839 students but after the attack, about 500 students were missing. They contacted their parents, sent out patrols and as at 2pm Yesterday, the figures of the students that could not be accounted for reduced to 333.
He continued and said
