The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, (EEDC), commenced a two-day, (Saturday and Sunday), intensive revenue drive aimed at recovering her debts from electricity consumers in the Southeast zone.
In a release signed by the EEDC Head, Corporate Communications, Emeka Ezeh, and made available to newsmen in Oniitsha, he said that, ” As a result of this development, our customers will be seeing staff of EEDC in their neighbourhood this weekend (Saturday and Sunday), carrying out disconnection of customers that are yet to pay their energy bills.
‘EEDC therefore appeals to her esteemed customers to ensure that their current and outstanding bills are paid to avoid being disconnected.
“Payments can be made at our Cash Offices, or alternatively through “Energy Pay” (by logging onto: www.enugudisco.com), Collection Agents, Bank Apps, QuickTeller, and other online payment channels.
“EEDC can only improve its operations and deliver efficient services when customers promptly pay their bills.
“We therefore count on your support and cooperation as we strive to serve you better,” Ezeh urged consumers.
