CLO Applauds IGP, CP For Citing Headquarters Of Zone 13 in Anambra State
Human Rights Activist and Public Affairs Analyst Comrade Vincent Ezekwueme has extol the unique virtues and wisdom of Inspector General Of Police for choosing Anambra State as headquarters of newly created zone 13 zonal command comprising of Anambra, Ebonyi and Enugu States.
There is no doubt in our mind that the new zonal command will certainly improve security architecture of the state, entire zonal command and southeast.
Clo commends CP John Abang for rapidly improving and safeguarding security of lives and properties of citizenry and visitors. Worthy of commendations is DPO CPS Ifeanyi Iburu for being patriotic, conscientious diligent in discharge of his duties especially his selfless and honest response to complaints at his division.
Meanwhile CLO has reiterated it’s appeal to Governor Willie Obiano to provide palliatives to private school teachers in the state. This was contained in a press statement issued to newsmen jointly signed by comrades Vincent Ezekwueme and Chidi Mba chairman and secretary respectively.
Pertinently in view of deluge of complaints in our office our dear predicament caused by coronavirus pandemic.
It will recall that during the commencement of lockdown CLO warned the despicable danger of being applying no work,no pay due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown ravaging global community.
It is very unfortunate and pathetic that most private school teachers and workers in organized private sector has not receive their salaries since February.
Government should summon emergency meeting with private school proprietors to find mutual and amicably resolution of the problem in order to save our educational system from imminent collapse after covid-19.
The panacea is for government to provide soft loan for teachers to enable them embark on farming.
CLO equally call on Obiano to dismantle illegal and illegitimate revenue agents at Niger Bridge Head, they are disgrace and nightmare for the government and people of the state.
Clo commends Hon. COM. For Transport Dr christian Mmadubuko for his relentless efforts to sanitise the sector and prompt positive actions over complaints at his disposal especially his directive for unconditional release of bus imposed a fine of #95,000.00 without committing any offence known to law.
