Rep. Sam Chinedu Onwuaso, MHR (Mkponana), the Member Representing Awka-North and South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly recently harped at one of the Committee Meetings between Public Procurement and National Orientation Agency Leadership, on the need and imperativeness to Sensitize the general public, most importantly, the Government functionaries to resort to Patronising of Local/indigenous Products, especially Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company, in a bid to grow our economy and foster more competition in our MSMEs.

“Innoson is assembling good Vehicles that are strong and of great quality and its patronage by the government will help hold our economy, create room and encouragement for more local competitions and fuel development in all sectors”-He said.

Without Mincing words, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing (IVM) company is doing very well and should be encouraged more by the Federal Government.

Hence, it is high time we stopped this inferiority Complex and ‘second fiddle’ beliefs we usually have as Nigerians and Join hands to grow our own.
