The group further described the period he held sway as the Chairman, Council of Provosts of all Federal Colleges of Education in Nigeria as one of the tenures that was free from industrial strife, when all the provosts spoke with one voice and took downing of tools as the last resort in ‘Employer and Employee’ relation; stating that this may not be unconnected with the reason the government of Anambra state at the end of his tenure as Provost, appointed him the chairman of Anambra State Primary Health Care Development Agency, which has seen dynamism and much growth since he assumed authority.
