Anambra NUJ Celebrates Onwa Achina On His Birthday

The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Anambra State Council has congratulated a business leader in Lagos Chief Modestus Okechukwu Umenzekwe on his birthday today.

Chairman, NUJ, Anambra State Council, the union wished the
APC Chieftain Anambra/Lagos meritorious celebrations.

The Statement to Onwa Achina as he is fondly called read in part: “The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Anambra State Council, heartily congratulates you on the occasion of your birthday. We celebrate you as a distinguished chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a former Board Member of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA).

“Fondly known as Onwa Achina, Enyimba, Ugo Di Ebube, you have consistently demonstrated uncommon loyalty, dedication, and steadfastness to your party affiliation for over two decades. You have remained a true friend of the media, particularly the NUJ Anambra State Council, and your unwavering support has been invaluable. Through over 400 publications across various media platforms, you have invested your time, energy, and resources in promoting and strengthening the image of the APC nationwide.

“As a respected figure in the Lagos State business community, an accomplished human resource manager, trade union leader, and a community leader from Achina in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State, your impact is widely felt. Your remarkable contributions to humanity have earned you several awards in philanthropy, and you currently serve as a patron to many organizations.
