Deacon Madu pointed out a student out and asked him why he chose Mass communication as his discipline, the boy told him, “I just wanted to study it”, he laughed and said that nothing happens without a cause.

Explaining that a “presenter” is a professional who hosts media programmes via radio , television, etc, Deacon Madu elaborated on the qualities of a good presenter, which according to him, a presenter must be a person who studies well, a great researcher and must be prepared for any programme hosted.

He added:” Any presenter who does not do this isn’t a good presenter; not being fully prepared as a presenter makes you and the program to be controlled by your guest, when your guest finds out  you are not prepared and you do not know your onions, he or she starts manipulating you or seeing you as a nobody, the program will be controlled by him or her instead of you”.
