There’s calmness and normalcy in the leadership structure of the union even though the trial judge allegedly erred in law by nullifying the tenure elongation granted to all elected officers of the union based on the doctrine of necessity and rectified through the Union’s constitution amendment during her Special Delegates Conference held in Akure, Ondo State on the 13th of June,2016 ” he informed.

The union leader further pointed out that the appeal is necessitated by their dissatisfaction with the ruling of the trial judge whom he alleged erred in law arguing that he assumed original jurisdiction on the matter and went ahead to grant the reliefs sort by the claimants – Uzoma Ekeanyanwu and others.
