Omoyele Sowore pleaded not guilty Monday to two cyberstalking charges for calling President Tinubu a “criminal.”

Justice Mohammed Umar removed Meta and X as defendants. Trial was adjourned to January 22 after Sowore’s lawyer cited lack of witness details, raising fair hearing concerns.

Conviction carries up to five years’ jail or a N15 million fine.
