Fubara’s Impeachment: Court order violates Constitution – Lawyer
Lawyer Godspower Egbule has described the court order on the impeachment of Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, as a violation of Nigeria’s Constitution.
Speaking on Arise TV, Egbule said the Rivers Assembly acted within the law and that judicial intervention at this stage was premature, stressing that impeachment is a legislative function protected by separation of powers.
