NCC launches 2026–2030 spectrum roadmap to boost broadband, digital economy
The Nigerian Communications Commission unveiled a draft spectrum roadmap and new guidelines for the 6GHz and 60GHz bands to expand broadband, lower costs, support Wi-Fi 6, and enable advanced digital services. The initiative aims to bridge the digital divide, spur investment, and drive Nigeria toward a $1 trillion digital economy by 2030.
