PWDs Praises Ndi Anambra For Choosing Soludo

Anambra State Disability Community or people with disabilities (PWDs) has hailed Ndi Anambra for voting for Professor Chukwuma Soludo of the All-Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, in the just decided Anambra State governorship election.

The Special Adviser to Governor Willie Obiano on Disability Matters, Barrister Chuks Ezewuzie made this known during a press briefing in Awka.

Correspondent Chibuzor Okoye reports that Barrister Ezewuzie, who described the election as peaceful, free and fair, thanked Ndi Anambra and other voters in the state for heeding to their call and voting for APGA and its candidate, Professor Soludo.

He revealed that there are over six hundred thousand persons living with disabilities in Anambra State, who are eligible voters and eulogized Governor Willie Obiano for all he has done for them, and wondered how anyone would like to challenge the outcome of the credible election in an election tribunal.

The Special Adviser equally described the Anambra State Deputy Governor-elect, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim as a perfect gentleman, who will assist Professor Soludo to actualize his goals by leveraging on the entrepreneurial spirit of Ndi Anambra to create a more industrialized economy.

Also speaking, the Executive Assistant to Governor Obiano on Disability Services, Comrade Ugochukwu Okeke said that their members did not only vote for APGA, because it is their right to exercise their franchise, but because of the love shown to them by Governor Obiano over the years.

The Special Assistant to Governor Obiano on Sign Language Communications, Mr. Collins Joseph, his Special Sports counterpart, Mrs. Esther Nwodika among others were present during the briefing.
