Oko women set to go naked in protest over land

Women from Oko Community Orumba North Council area, Anambra state but married to Oko men aka Umuada are set for a mother of all protests against the tipper drivers and land excavators.
The women would be joined by Oko men and youths to bring Governor Willie Obiano’s attention to the continued abuse of their ancestral land by land excavators and the consequent erosion threats.
Information had it that the women would completely shut down Oko community until Obiano arrives to address them.
