Oba Regent marks 70 years, Celebrates joint birthday with wife

It was mixed feelings of profound gratitude to God for the gift of life, good health and prosperity although but with a heavy heart because of the gruesome murder of the Obosi Town Union Leader that The Regent of Oba, Prince Noel Ezenwa marked his 70 years birthday with his wife Lady Vivien Ezenwa who shares the same birthday with him.

Prince Noel Ezenwa(Ezeamaalu Oba) who was born in January 4, 1953 to the family of His Magesty,, Igwe Peter Ezenwa, EzeOkpoko 1 of Oba and Ocheze Ifeoma Ezenwa dedicated his birthday celebration to the decency of Oba and Anambra communities.

“I am 70 today although people find it difficult to believe it. I thank God for it. I am dedicating my birthday to decency of our community. We can normalize our lives. We should not be stopped from doing the right thing in life, maintaining peace and upholding our sacred constitution.

“Also, Just like the Anglican Bishop on the Niger, Rt. Rev. Dr. Owen Nwokolo said in his New year message that 2023 is going to be a year of miracles for Nigerians.

“I look forward to welcoming a miracle for Ndi Oba, Ndi Anambra and Nigeria at large after the presidential election. Our God is awake and we are not forgotten”, Ezenwa quoted.

However, Oba Patriotic Union President General, Rev Chris Emelie prayed God to continue to bless the Regent with good health and more fruitful years ahead.

“We say happy birthday to our Regent and his amiable wife. The regent is a noble man. A man I love who has confidence in my ability. He has actually accepted me as a father.

“At 70, it is something we ought to be celebrating as a matter of fact but we are just here to mark the birthday at low key because of what befell our neighboring community. Obosi and Oba are just two nuts in a shell separated by a wall. Ife Obosi as we fondly called the deceased was a close pal.
