Igwe Achebe Throws Support Behind Umeoji’s Guber Ambition
Front line aspirant for Anambra State gubernatorial election, on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Hon. Chukwuma 0Umeoji KSJI, MHR, earlier today, was at the Palace of Obi of Onitsha as part of his statewide tour to sell his candidacy to the people of the state, and seek Royal blessing from the first class monarch.
Rt. Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji KSJI, who was in the company of his campaign train, members of the State House of Assembly, Traditional Rulers, presented himself to the revered Traditional Ruler and cabinet Chiefs – He shared his vision for Anambra State and consolidating on the achievements of APGA and Governor Willie Obiano.
OBA Aguata said he will ensure the aggressive Urbanisation of Anambra, partnership with the Traditional institutions for the sustainability of Peace and development and improve on the security of lives and properties across the communities in Anambra State.
Hon. Umeoji said the re- planning of Onitsha metropolitan city is part of his plans for a greater and economic thriving Anambra State, he highlighted his robust debates, motions and contributions to Nation building at the House of Representative as well as party loyalty amongst many.
“My administration will consolidate on the achievements of APGA over the years and the plethora of accomplishment associated with Governor Willie Obiano administration, Akpokuodike has made the Governance of Anambra State easy for any of his successor with the construction of Anambra Airport and soon to be completed International Conference Centre and numerous other legacy projects”
OBA assured the cabinets that he will not fall nor become complacent but run an all inclusive Governance.
His track records are without blemish and he is the most qualified in the race for Anambra November 6, Gubernatorial.
Igwe Alfred Achebe, the Obi of Onitsha and Chairman Council of Traditional Rulers in the South East Zone described him as a man of the people, who has always used his position to better the life of people around him.
Among other attributes, he said the aspirant has enormous respect for traditional institutions and has always contributed towards the sustainability of the Igbo culture.
Obi of Onitsha who poured his Royal Blessings to the incoming of Anambra State said his aspiration is divine, he assured him of his support and endorsement and prayers as well.
