The dismissal of the Service Chiefs by president Bola Ahmed Tinubu came as a surprise to everyone, though the security threat in the Nigerian nation has continued to linger, nobody saw this coming as it came as a shocker to everyone;As the new Service Chiefs assume their duties, Nigeria’s security landscape stands at a critical juncture. The nation grapples with the dual challenges of insurgency in the Northeast and banditry in the Northwest, while also confronting emerging threats in the form of separatist agitations and communal clashes amidst these complexities, the Service Chiefs have been handed a crucial mandate: to restore order, protect lives and property, and secure the nation’s territorial integrity.

Speaking about the dismissal of the Service Chiefs today in Lagos,The senior Pastor of Grace Revolution International Ministry Pastor Schugger Ezenwa Onyeukwu (PhD) commended the president for waking up to the plea for a change that will safeguard the lives and properties of Nigerians.

He reiterated that they will bring fresh and new ideas that would help navigate the nation from the clutches and claws of insecurity ” the new Service Chiefs brings wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles, they are tasked with revitalizing the military’s operational effectiveness, enhancing intelligence gathering, and fostering greater synergy between the various security agencies;their success will depend on their ability to adapt to the evolving security dynamics, leverage technology to gain a strategic advantage, and build trust with local communities, ultimately, their fresh ideas and initiatives will be to boon of the nation because they’re hungry to make positive impact”.
