National Association of Seadogs, Onitsha Chapter, Anambra State has challenged Persons With Disabilities to develop and transform their skills to abilities.

President of the Association, Engr Emeka Uwaechia made the call in Onitsha while delivering a Seminar titled, “Disability not a Limit to Ability” as part of activities to commemorate International day for persons with disability.

He stressed that such skills development could ultimately eliminate their disabilities.

He also called on Non-governmental organizations to provide employment for PWDs, instead of discriminating against them based on their shortcomings.

He assured of his group’s continued assistance to them when and where necessary.
