100 Days of Purpose, Progress & Institutional Renewal

Distinguished members of the Board of Trustees,
National and State Executives of our noble Guild,
Veterans of Nollywood,
Esteemed stakeholders and partners.

Today marks 100 days of purposeful, inclusive, and reform-driven leadership of of administration.

When we assumed office, we made a commitment to lead with vision, integrity, purpose, and inclusivity. We understood clearly that the Guild needed not only leadership, but direction, leadership that listens, unites, reforms, and inspires confidence once again within our industry.

Today, I am proud to say that the past 100 days have been defined by purposeful leadership, strategic engagement, institutional renewal, and measurable progress.
Our mission from day one has been clear: to reposition the Actors Guild of Nigeria as a stronger, more credible, globally competitive, and professionally respected institution that truly serves the interests of its members.
This administration is anchored on five core pillars: inclusivity and unity, institutional reform, welfare, strategic partnerships, and global competitiveness.
We believe that every member matters. Whether veteran or emerging actor, whether from the Nigeria or diaspora, every voice deserves recognition within the Guild. That spirit of inclusiveness has guided our engagements and decisions over the last 100 days.
Within this short period, we held high-level engagements with institutions such as MTN Nigeria, Globacom, and the Indian High Commission to Nigeria. These conversations focused on digital empowerment, industry support initiatives, capacity development, and long-term collaboration frameworks that can directly benefit actors across Nigeria.
These engagements represent a deliberate effort to reposition AGN within the national development conversation and strengthen corporate confidence in the Guild.
