Company Empowers 35 With Land in Anambra , advises youths to be conscious of their future

An estate developing company, AFF Landport Global Estate/AFF Mega Wealth World Ltd, has empowered no fewer than 35 people with plots of land at Awesome City Estate Mgbakwu, Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State.
Fielding questions from newsmen in his Onitsha office, on the philanthropic gesture, the Chief Executive Officer, CEO of the company, Evang. Prof. Chijioke C.J Osim, (a.k.a Oke-muo) disclosed that ” We resolve that every registered member of the company should at least own a plot of land, once you register in our package as a member, the company is giving you a plot of land.
“Over 35 are registering to come into the company as the realtors, we allocated them alongside those who purchased, that is how we would be progressing it to other states because AFF is feeding all the states in this nation.
“We have registration procedures just as we have registration to go into an institution, it is not permanently fixed, if you are coming in to be a member, you would also be a land owner with registration money, there would be first batch, second batch, third batch and so on in any state of your choice.
“This first batch registered in October, November, December 2024 for this promo and I’m giving this promo specifically for those who are coming to partner with AFF. They want to join us in the business because we have a lot of businesses we are making, we are to grow together because somebody who is selling land should own a land, we buy lands, sell and develop,” he disclosed.
When asked on the year the company commenced, Prof C.J stated” It would be three years by this December 2025 in real estate business though the name AFF has been existing since 2006 as a registered name but started with first name as Entertainment Company World International Ltd before God took us to other acts.
“We have real estate AFF Landport Global Estate Ltd, Mega Wealth World Estate Ltd, AFF Mega Wealth Beverages, AFF Mega Wealth Travelling and Tours Services, AFF Mega Wealth Feed Ltd and a lot of companies in the same company with the name AFF,” he further explained.
On allocating lands as gift while other real estate managers present cars, tricycles and others as gifts to their realtors, he disclosed that he allocates land because land is a gift of nature that is endowed with a lot of blessings that includes the food we eat that emanate from land, the fabrics, the oil, water, among others things we use to live, adding that land is wealth.
“So I choose to make people wealthy practically, people kill themselves because of land, community kill themselves because of land but I chose to give land to people as blessings because that’s how God wanted it to be not that I choose, because everyone needs it,” he stated.
Oke-muo who advised youths to be conscious of their future stated that, “Youths should begin to chew it like an elephant, bit by bit, as you get, you invest, Look like a company like AFF, open an account with them, most youths are carrying a plot of land in their hands as a phone, most girls have an amount of hairs on their heads worth investing for.
“If they can find company that can guide them in maximizing that money no matter how little, it can grow, so every youth should give an attention to what I have just said now. There is no poverty anywhere, you can find out there is prosperity everywhere, it is just you have not been informed or well guided.
“Let every youth programmes to grow as a nation, youths are the future leaders, any reasonable youth should begin to choose people he or she associates with, be conscious of reading good books that would enhance your life, listen to good teachings.”CJ advised.
Testifying, the beneficiaries that included Mrs Amaka, disclosed that she received phone calls days ago before the allocation, and the person congratulated her and informed her of the allocation.
According to her,”I am very happy, overwhelmed with joy, so this is a reality, I thank AFF for their truthfulness, I thank God”, She said.
Another beneficiary, Mrs Stella Paul expressed her joy saying that “Land property is the best gift you can give to yourself, the highest investment is landed property, AFF has made it very simple, I pray God to bless them
Mr Chukwudi Kenneth while thanking God noted that his problem has been solved stating that his enemies taught he would go empty handed to Onitsha but AFF told me to be happy, they have restored my happiness, I am a landlord, no going back and it is a table land,” he disclosed.
