NCC Warns Vandals: No More Mercy for Telecom Infrastructure Attacks
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has vowed to prosecute vandals of critical telecom infrastructure, citing over 147 fibre cuts recorded in just 10 days.
Executive Vice Chairman Dr. Aminu Maida warned such acts threaten national security and digital development. The NCC is partnering with security agencies, communities, and stakeholders to boost protection and ensure full enforcement under the Critical National Infrastructure Protection Bill.
