APGA POLITICAL STOCK: HOW NOT TO PROJECT ONESELF BEYOND CAPACITY

The attention of Anambra State PDP Media Directorate has been drawn to a hatel-adden and mischievously sponsored publication aimed at maligning reputable sons and daughter of our dear state. The publication which was sponsored by a featherweight amongst famous heavyweights was a clarification that the sponsor was also the mastermind of the concocted story on the purported lampooning of Dr Godwin Maduka by Distinguished Senator Uche Ekwunife, which has since been refuted by Iyom through her Special Media Adviser Kingsley Ubani.

The ill-fated publication captioned ANAMBRA 2021: LOOKING BEYOND MONEY, NAME AND PERSONALITY which was published by Jungle Journalist Media is now dead on arrival since it has come to the notice of PDP Interactive Forum (PIF Media). The business name Jungle Journalist Media certainly describes the nature of the jobs the outfit undertakes as long as their accomplices are willing to pay.

Straight up, let me make it clear that the most credible, most educated, most respectful, most successful and most civilized class of politicians in Anambra State today are the PDP leaders and stakeholders. Since the advent of PIF, we have had series of meetings in the past and disseminated our well articulated resolutions to our esteemed members via all relevant channels, so I am very sure that no PDP aspirant can publicly make a derogatory expression against another for political purposes.

It is very unfortunate that such infantile and slanderous concoction could emanate from Nze Akachukwu Nwamkpu, a man who wants to be governor of Anambra State. In any case he is not capable of doing anything different from the contents of that jungle media publication which I find somewhat shameful for him to bankroll. This is awful considering the pitiful implications that will eventually set him on a warpath with other prominent aspirants he placed under himself to score cheap political points.

Sincerely, the decision to pick on Dr Godwin Maduka is a clear case of SWIMMING AGAINST THE TIDE, especially for a practically unknown figure in Anambra State politics and recorded Social Assistance Schemes. Let it be known that Dr Godwin Maduka was not born with golden spoon but his family and people around him presently are not lacking anything one can think of in this life.

The wealth Dr. Maduka is enjoying with everyone today is a reward for hard work. The last time I checked, Dr Godwin Maduka did not stop anyone from studying medicine but some are now bent on blackmailing him with lies in a frantic effort to pull him down. Go and ask questions about the Lion of Africa, Okosisi Orumba, triple professor and one of the world’s best Medical Doctors ~ look no further, EDUCATION is the source of his wealth (ogulu ezigbo akwukwo).

Fighting a man with grace is an invitation for disgrace because you’ll have to channel all efforts needed for your progress to the agenda, while losing out completely in your own ambition. That ambition is already dead on arrival like I said earlier. Distinguished Senator Uche Ekwunife whom you maligned indirectly in that publication has already taken over road infrastructure and other sectoral responsibilities of the incumbent governor, and I wonder what will be going through your mind and that of Willie Obiano each time any of you ply those roads constructed by Iyom Anambra.

The truth is that the quality of aspirants scheming for the PDP gubernatorial ticket at a time became so intimidating for Nze Akachukwu Nwamkpu that he had to defect to APGA unceremoniously with a view to getting the party ticket by discrediting and framing others up with the instrumentality of the jungle journalist media outfit under his payroll. The worst mistake APGA will ever make is giving out the party ticket to a featherweight who is more concerned about blackmailing people who seems to be better placed than he is.

All the PDP aspirants that he mentioned in that publication including Prof. Charles Soludo and Senator Ifeanyi Ubah are all far more credible than the one they were insulted in the course of promoting. I will be very glad if APGA delegates decides to give him gubernatorial ticket because that will translate to a walk over for the Peoples Democratic Party. A walk over in the sense that we consider him less of a threat than Prof. Soludo who has a better grassroots structure than any APGA gubernatorial aspirant.

To this end I hereby declare that you can never see anything like the useless publication under review coming from any PDP aspirant. Akachukwu can comfortably write off Soludo without bringing the two very friendly and hopeful PDP gubernatorial aspirants into it. Any PDP aspirant that sponsors such publication will definitely face the consequences and you can never see that happen in Anambra State PDP under the distinguished leadership of Hon Sir Ndubisi Nwobu (Obuka Awka).
