Anambra to Refund Over-Deducted February Salaries, TUC Confirms
The Anambra State government has promised to refund civil servants whose February salaries were erroneously reduced for missing work on Mondays during sit-at-home protests, the state Trade Union Congress chairman, Chris Ogbonna, said Monday.
The refund follows TUC intervention after some workers reported deductions far exceeding the number of days absent.
