Anambra: Over 400 Persons Receive Food Items, Cash Gifts From Ngige

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige, on Tuesday distributed cash and food items to no fewer than 400 underprivileged Christians in Alor community, in the Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

He tasked the managers of the palliatives not discriminate against anybody in the sharing of the goodies, stating that the All Progressives Congress was an all-inclusive political party.

The items distributed included bags of rice, cartons of noodles, and cartons of bottle water among others.

The beneficiaries were drawn from the Catholic Church, Anglican Communion and Pentecostal churches in the area.

They were also given N5,000 each.

He said,“I will always do everything within my reach to assist my people at all times. I always felt the pains of the less privileged individuals in society. That is how the All Progressives Congress of President Muhammadu Buhari thinks. We don’t discriminate.”
