Anambra 2025: Group Urges Ndi Anambra To Obtain Their Voters Card

A group, Civil Liberties Organization CLO Anambra State Branch has urged those who registered in the recently concluded continuous voters registration exercise to spare no efforts to ensure that they properly utilizes INEC distributions of voters card from 22nd to 26th October 2026 by obtaining their cards
He also urged them to ensure that they cast and protect their votes during November 8th gubernatorial election.
This is contained in a press made available to Journalists in Onitsha with theme “Rights with Responsibility” endorsed by Comrade Vincent Ezekwueme, Chairman, Comrade Chidi Mbah Secretary and Comrade Onyeka
According to the release, “It is very unfortunate that feedback we got and are getting from electorate are very discouraging during our sensitizing and mobilizing of citizens to actively participate in their inalienable civic responsibility.
“The National Orientation Agency, Civil Society Organizations, Candidates, political parties, politicians, faith based organizations, traditional, market leaders and stakeholders to use this remaining two weeks to educate, encourage and influence citizenry to come out enmass to vote for candidates of their choice with conscience and conviction.
“In as much as citizens deserved good governance,it is also responsibility of every patriotic citizen to ensure enthronement of good leaders.
“Pertinently, it is only good leaders that precipitates good governance and accelerated socioeconomic development.
“Unfortunately in view of indifference, apathy, nonchalant attitude of citizens less than twenty percent of registered voters may cast their votes during November 8th gubernatorial election hence our call for sensitizing and mobilizing of citizens is very expedite, indispensable and inevitable.
CLO equally appeal to political gladiators to use the remaining two weeks to embark on issues based campaigns, reconciliations and healings, after the election we remains one united family, friends, brothers and sisters” CLO posited
