Suspected killers of Nimo PG Anthony Igboka arrested by Anambra Police

The Suspect
The Anambra State Government said it has apprehended all those it suspected of being involved in the killing of an ex-lawmaker, Anthony Igboka who was, until his death, president-general of Nimo Town Union.

Special Adviser to the governor on security and safety, Mr. Chikodi Anara, disclosed this at a Press conference at Government House, Awka, on Wednesday.
Suspected gunmen had, in April, shot dead the ex-lawmaker. His killing took place at his village market square in Nimo, Njikoka Local Government Area, while he was returning from a meeting.

Governor Willie Obiano’s aide said, “All those involved in the killing of the ex-lawmaker have been rounded up. They are all in the Police net, waiting for prosecution. None is spared.”
