PENGASSAN denies allegations against TotalEnergies, warns on false reports
The Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has denied claims that it accused TotalEnergies of mistreating Nigerian staff or violating local content laws.
The union said an internal document was leaked without authorization, calling such reports “sensationalist” and a threat to industrial harmony. PENGASSAN vowed to investigate the breach and urged stakeholders to disregard unverified statements.
