2025 Election: Ogbaru Soludo Support Group Inaugurated, Vows To Garner Votes For Soludo’s Re-election

Ogbaru Local Government Soludo Support Group SSG has been inaugurated and vowed to garner votes for the re- election of Governor Charles Soludo in come the 2025 governorship election.

The Inauguration which took place at Ogbaru Main Market Ogbaru also featured the flagging up of the “You Need To Know Campaign” which according to the National Concerned of SSG Hon.Chinedu Nwoye, Glamour, “Is a project designed to make people well informed about the good governance and developmental strides of Governor Charles Soludo”.

“We have noticed that enemies of Anambra State have continued to peddle fake news about what we are doing in the state, so we have decided to get people well informed, to educate people about what the governor has done in 24 months”.

“We choose Markets, Churches, and Community meetings because markets are converging centers where people meet and these people come from many places, and towns, when they leave these places with the information they have gotten, they will be able to disseminate this information.

On the alleged arrogant and intimidating way the state Anti Touting, SASA, OCHA Brigade Anambra State Road Management Agency, ARTMA communicate with people, Glamour responded that they should let them know if anybody sees them.

According to him “All our agents on the streets are doing very well because we train them to be good, but when you see some of them who are not doing well, pass the message so that the person will be penalized by the Governor because he wants us to lead by example”, he said.

The Chairman of Soludo Support Group Ogbaru Local Government Area, Chief Ndubuisi Ochiogu reiterated that he formed Soludo Support Group in Ogbaru LG when he has not become the elected Caretaker Committee Chairman of the market.

“For being the Chairman of the markets in Ogbaru LG, every chairman under Ogbaru market must belong to Soludo Support Group, whether old or new, you must follow us, till tomorrow, anybody that comes in as the chairman must be under me, and it would have been bigger like this as earlier plan but we lose one of our patron, Chief Sam Mendu”.

“My advice to the inaugurated people today is that I am a stakeholder, I don’t hope for people to give me, what you can do for your followers is that we are traders, you need to support them by supplying them with goods for them to take the profits and return your main money to you”.

“I am the only person who mounted Governor Soludo’s billboard in 2021, as I am here, nobody will turn the Ogbaru market to any other party, Governor Soludo is doing very well, he has built a healthcare center, constructed ro, DS and other things in Ogbaru.

The Chairman of Iron Dealers Market Atani, Mr Evaristus Ejezie in his speech said that he is one of the Soludo Support Group come the 2025 governorship election, we are under Ogbaru LG and this inauguration is for all the markets I Ogbaru LG.

“I am here to show that I support the governor, we launched our trophy two days ago, and I commended the governor, and he has my full support, I am repeating that there is no factor governorship seat come 2025 because we have a governor, people’s choice, the working governor.

“He has done a lot and still doing more, In Ogbaru, he built a general hospital, the pregnant and nursing mothers get treatments free of charge for both safe delivery and cesarean, he constructed many roads, look at Okpoko, an abandoned place where pigs have taken over the roads but go to Okposo now, you will not belief it.

Hon.Engr Chike Ozoji, Former State Youth Leader, and former secretof ary APGA Dunukofia in his speech rated Governor Soludo high saying”He is doing tremendously well, under two years, he have bhasable to construct more than km kf roads, this is what other governors couldn’t do under 8 years and he still has a lot to cover.

“I am highly impressed because I know he is a party leader and I am one of the members of the party. Good governance and good performance are the yardstick that will determine who will go, nobody will contest with Governor Soludo, his head and shoulder are above whoever that is doing to contest with him “.

“Ndi Anambra is seeing the truth, he will be re-elected by the people and masses in Anambra State come 2025, and I’m telling you with confidence that we are going to repeat 21/21.

Highpoint of the event was the celebration of holy mass and disposition of the Blessed Sacrament by Rev.Fr Okpara Chukwuebuka of St.Francis Assisi Okpoko and one minute silence for Late Sam Mendu, the Patron of Ogbaru Main market.
