2023: Vote man with fear of God to lead Nigeria – CAN tells citizens

The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Most Rev. Dr. Daniel Okoh has disclosed why Nigerians must do their best to elect a God fearing man as President of the country.              

Okoh made his view known, weekend, when he joined other clerics and well wishers to mark the 75 years of birthday and 55 years in the evangelical Ministry respectively of the pioneer Founder and Presiding Bishop of Grace of God Mission International, Bishop Dr. Paul C. Nwachukwu in Onitsha.

                             
He said 2023 Presidential election offers the electorate the best opportunity to install the President of their choice through the ballot box, expressing the belief that the Church has a great role to play in the emergence of the next President.                                                   
According to him, the Church will be able to produce the President of their choice if the members can unite and forge a common front.

Corroborating him, the emeritus National Vice President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Bishop Nwachukwu, who also marked his 55 years as a Preacher, noted that the Ministers of God, rather than people should play the decisive role of who becomes the President.                                                               
Bishop Dr. Nwachukwu who is the Presiding Bishop of Grace of God Mission International  pointed out that, God uses His Prophets to do exploits, stressing that people should be guided by Prophetic utterances and direction to be properly guided in the matter of choice of the next  President for the country.

The initiator of the Grace Theological Institute and Broadcasting  Network said that, with the Divine programme  to install a Heavenly mandate as the President, God  will nullify all negative and evil machinations by the political class and their ilks to continue to put the country down.                                                                According to him, the only setback towards achieving the purpose of God to give Nigeria a true leader after His heart of God is if some of the Churches are founded without walls.

He said that the idea of forming an  outreach Ministry in which the trainee-missioners will be equiped and empowered to go to the hinterland and win souls for Christ is geared towards producing oaks of righteousness and end-time soldiers.                                     

Meanwhile, Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has congratulated Bishop Dr. Nwachukwu on his new age, describing the celebrant  as one of the pillars of development in the State.                           

Soludo who was represented by his Special Adviser on Political Matters, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu  eulogized the celebrant who, according to him, is a man of God who has built great leaders and represents what Christianity is all about.

Contributing, the  current National Vice President of PFN in the South East Zone, Bishop Maxwell Korie described  his predecessor as  a father to many Pentecostal Preachers in Nigeria and outside, stressing that the celebrant manifests virtues of nobility, Grace of God in his exemplary life and gargantuan kingdom exploits.     

                               

In their separate remarks, the first and second sons of the celebrant, Bishop Paul Nwachukwu Jnr. of His  Glory cathedral of the  of the Mission and Pastor Joshua Nwachukwu described their father as an Apostle of Rapture and End-time who has left a legacy that already lives with the present and the future generations.
