‘We’ll do everything to ensure peace in Anambra’ Youth Volunteer leader, Okpalaezeukwu, tells ASATU

Mazi Chikwuma Okpalaezeukwu , Leader of Anambra Youth Volunteer says his group will  do everything within its power to ensure peace is return in Anambra State.

Below is the address presented to the Anambra State Association of Town Union (ASATU) during her general assembly meeting held on saturday 4th june, 2022 at the asatu secretariat government house awka.

LEADERS,

We stand before you today with great Joy and Gratitude for this rare opportunity and privilege to address the Administrative Leaders of all the Communities in Anambra State ably led by the courageous National President- Chief Barr. Titus Akpudo (Egbe eji gbu Agu), especially for the paradigm shift and the good working relationship with our amiable Governor His Excellency, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo CFR.

We are Anambra Youth Volunteers. Anambra Youth Volunteers are Indigenous and Widespread responsible Igbo Youths, who devote their Time, Energy and Resources in assisting the State Government and Security Agencies for a better Society.

Our concentration of force is majorly on Traffic, Surveillance and Monitoring.

It is in line with the call on Ndi Anambra by Mr. Governor, to take back our State, that we project ANAMBRA YOUTH VOLUNTEER SCHEME- a Non- Kinetic approach, aimed at discouraging and reducing Idleness, engaging and encouraging our fellow Youths to take responsibility and add value, rather than being part of the non-state activities ravaging our society today;  

Sequel to the above, we deem it necessary to interact with Community Leaders especially the Presidents General by way of partnership in order to restore and sustain Peace, Stability and Security across the communities in Anambra State.

We shall work with the relevant Stakeholders, Security and other related Agencies in order to ensure that no stone is left unturned for a lasting Peace and Security in Anambra State.

For this to work effectively, we are convinced that Community Leaders especially the PGs  paramount stakeholders and this is why we have come to officially introduce ourselves, the Initiative and as well solicit for your counsel, blessings and moral support in order to maximize and serve the purpose.

Together, Anambra will Win and Ala Igbo Shall Prevail.
