The call for Kanu’s release is a national one,use it to foster the unity of the country, pastor Schugger tells Tinubu

The founder of Grace Revolution International Ministry, Lagos,pastor schugger Ezenwa Onyeukwu (PhD) has beckoned on the president, Ahmed Bola Tinubu to see the agitation for the release of IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu as a national call.

Speaking to newsmen today In Lagos, pastor maintained that releasing the IPOB leader will help heal and navigate the nation to the right direction “there’s a lot of things going on in the country at the moment and the president should use this national call for Kanu’s release to heal the nation, it’s not a tribal thing because the person behind this initiative is actually a Yoruba man, Omoyele Sowore,I expect the president to please listen to them and use it as a tool to have extensive and elaborate meetings with the Igbo stakeholders to ascertain what can be done for them to be okay in the Nigerian nation,he can even use it as a campaign strategy because election is close”

He implored the president to use the amnesty power positively to the boon of the nation by granting Kanu one ” this issue is important and sensitive,it can bring a total turnaround to this country if handled discreetly and judiciously, the president should listen and meet with the the Igbos,find out what to do to make them feel relaxed in the Nigerian nation,he can use this to foster the unity of the country because releasing Nnamdi Kanu will help douce the tension in the country ,he should release him on humanitarian ground”.
