State Elections: Alhaji Atiku sends a message to Nigerians
Alhaji Atiku Abubakar
The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has told Nigerians what to do during the Saturday’s governorship and House of Assembly elections.
Abubakar urged Nigerians to come out massively and perform their civic responsibility during the Saturday’s elections.
In a video message to Nigerians which he posted on his Twitter handle, the former Vice President called on Nigerians to come out and vote for the PDP candidates during the elections.
According to the Waziri of Adamawa: “I express my profound gratitude for the massive votes you gave my party – the PDP, during the Presidential and National elections.
“As we move to the governorship and state elections on March 9, I urge you to come out in larger numbers to peacefully vote for PDP, from top to bottom.”
Hi,
I’m reaching out from European Technical, a Dubai property maintenance company that partners with holiday home operators and property managers to become their in-house maintenance team.
Everything runs under your brand. Our technicians wear your uniform, carry your job sheets, and send reports with your company name on them. Your landlords and guests see your team, never us.
We cover 12 services under one agreement:
1. AC servicing and repair
2. Plumbing
3. Electrical
4. Handyman and general repairs
5. Painting
6. Carpentry
7. Appliance repair
8. Deep cleaning
9. Pest control
10. Waterproofing and leak repair
11. Move-in and move-out inspections
12. 24/7 emergency callouts
The commercial side is simple. You bill your landlords at your rate. We bill you at a fixed trade rate. The margin stays with you, and you stop losing hours chasing contractors.
I’d love to set up a short call to talk through how we can help you manage every maintenance need across your portfolio and turn maintenance into a profit line rather than a cost.
Would 15 minutes this week or next work for you?
