A book about the Igbo Language written by Paul Chika Emekwulu will soon be released in the first week of November. The book titled, Somebody Should Help Me: – Asụsụ Igbo Na-ada Ụmị is neither an Igbo novel nor a book on Igbo grammar and comprehension. It is about some of the problems being faced by the Igbo Language.
The Igbo Language is being insulted, the Igbo Language is being treated unfairly, the Igbo Language has fallen into a pit, a pit unfortunately dug by speakers of the language. As a result of all this, the Igbo Language, like our country Nigeria, is in distress, crying for help and sending an “SOS” saying: “Somebody Should Help Me!”

While this book represents such help, it is still looking for more and no help is enough.
