Soludo Advises Education Officers Against Examination Malpractice Ahead Of BECE

Governor Chukwuma Soludo has urged Education Officers in Anambra State to exhibit a high standard of fidelity in the conduct of the forthcoming 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination, BECE.

Governor Soludo gave the charge through the Commissioner for Education, Professor Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, during an interactive session with Education Officers .

A release signed by the public relations officer, Ministry of Education, Mr. Nnameka Egwuonwu has it that the interactive session, held at the conference hall of the ministry, at the Jerome Udoji State Secretariate Awka, was organized to fashion out the best way to get the examination right.

According to the release, Governor Soludo reminded them of the zero-tolerance posture of his administration to examination malpractice and while appreciating them for their support that has resulted in the achievements of the education sector, urged them to close ranks and ensure that this year’s BECE in the state was conducted with the highest level of credibility.
