Reps probe treaties, foreign contracts over sovereignty, debt
The House Committee on Treaties has launched a review of Nigeria’s treaties, MoUs, and foreign-funded contracts over sovereignty and debt concerns.
Rep. Rabiu Yusuf warned some deals carry hidden obligations and financial risks. Agencies and contractors must submit documents for verification, hearings, and inspections ahead of a final House report.
