Obiano Sympathies With Nigeria’s First Aviation Minister On Death Of Wife
Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano has commiserated with the first Minister of Aviation in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief Mbazulike Amechi, over the demise of his wife, Iyom Chinelo Amechi.
Obiano paid a condolence visit to Chief Amechi in his County-home at Ukpor.
Governor Obiano who was informed about the death less than twenty four hours ago, decided to visit in person as a mark of respect.
Chief Amechi is a native of Ukpor in Nnewi South Local Government Area and the only surviving Minister of the first republic.
The Governor said that Chief Amechi’s wife lived a good life, asking the family to bear the loss with gratitude and confidence in God.
The Governor thereafter signed the condolence register.
