Obi visits Mgbidi for Lord Chosen Crusade

Mgbidi in Imo state stood still for the Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP, Mr. Peter Obi when he attended the crusade by the Lord’s Chosen Church.

Obi called on the leaders of Nigeria to make little sacrifices for the progress and development of Nigeria and blessed Mgbidi people.

Obi said that though the problems of the country were many, but that it required a committed leadership to begin the processes of solving those problems and within a short time, the country would be back on track.

Speaking further, Obi identified some of the problems to be hinged on poor economic policies. He said even when good policies were put in place that the leaders lacked the courage to implement them as they should.

Regretting the spate of unemployment, restiveness, and agitations in the country, he traced them to faulty economic policies and implementation and assured Nigerians that as a wealth creator and one of the biggest employers of Labour in Nigeria, that Alhaji Abubakar Atiku knows how to solve the problems of the country as contained in his Action Plan.

The General Overseer, Pastor Lazarous Muoka from Mgbidi thanked Mr. Peter Obi for his efforts to always be close to God. He noted that even as a Governor, that Obi has not missed their programmes whether in Mgbidi or elsewhere.
