Obi Storms Onitsha, Says He Will Secure Nigeria With Datti Ahmed

The Presidential candidate for the Labour party in the forthcoming general election in Nigeria, Mr. Peter Obi has boasted that he and his running mate, Dr. Datti Ahmed would secure  Nigeria and make it works again if they would be voted for in the February 25.

Obi made the disclosure while addressing his mammoth supporters during his campaign rally at All Saint Anglican Church Cathedral Onitsha, Anambra State.

He said that every aspect of  governance in Nigeria has collapsed and only him and his vice  could make it function again. ” What we are saying is that, we want to end sufferings in Nigeria. We want Nigeria to start working again because, we have created wealth for the  teeming Nigerians. In Nigeria today, nobody is saved. In Nigeria today, People are begging for food. In Nigeria today, majority are jobless. In Nigeria today, schools are not functioning.

So, if we are elected into Office, we will put all these things to end. We will make sure that we negotiate with every sectional agitators and know their grievances, when they fail to comply with us through dialogue, we will  tell them that government exists. Therefore, every region in Nigeria will celebrate me if I would be made the President of Nigeria” Said Peter Obi.

In his speech, the Vice Presidential candidate for Labour party, Dr. Datti Ahmed said that he was  highly impressed for the large crowd he witnessed in the campaign rally.

He said both himself and his Presidential candidate are the best combination that Nigerians could trust to unit and revive Nigeria, even as he recalled that Nigerians experienced such combination in 1999 during the era of Late Alhaji Shehu Shagari and Dr. Alex Ekweme of Blessed memory.

He maintained that the history of 1999 political dispensation would repeat itself in 2023 election, adding that nothing will stop them rescuing Nigeria. ” With Peter Obi, we will stop killings in Nigerian and start healing Nigerians” He declared !

Commenting, the National Chairman of Labour party, Chief Julius Abure slammed some Anambra State indigene which according to him are sabotaging the chances of Peter Obi in winning the fortcoming Presidential election.

He said that in every society, there is bad eggs and Anambra State should not afford to miss their golden opportunity to become President of Nigeria, assuring the supporters that Labour party must win the forthcoming Presidential election.

Similarly, the wife of Labour party Presidential candidate, Mrs. Margret Obi affirmed that Labour party has best candidates that could offer best leadership to Nigerians, saying that with Peter Obi and Datti Ahmed, new Nigeria is possible.

She urged women and Youths to endeavour to secure their votes card and prepare to take Peter Obi and Datti Ahmed to Aso Rock in February 25, just as she revealed that women constituted 50% voting power and urged both youths and women to vote for Peter Obi based on capability.
