NPFL : Enyimba humbled Nasarawa FC at home

With Enyimba international 2 goals against Nasarawa United 1 in the first half of the 90 minutes of the ongoing Nigerian Professional Footba League,it pushes Enyimba on the top of the table.

Nasarawa United struggled hard for an equilizer but ran out of luck at home in its Lafia Township Stadium undergoing renovation,even as the state governor had earlier boosted the state team with a donation of two luxurious buses on Wednesday.

Although it was not a smooth victory for the Enyimba international,where one of the players was handed a red card in the course of the match.

However the first goal came from Enyimba into their host 16 minutes into kickoff ,but in 20 minutes,Nasarawa United woke up and stroked the equalizer,however the exposure and experienced of the age long Eyimba international played out as the club drove in it second goal, which gave the lead in the table of the league.

This was witnessed by the Nasarawa state governor ,Engineer Abdullahi Sule ,a sport enthusiast,whose administration has begun the renovation work in the stadium,which now is wearing a new look,with steady power and water supply.

This the commissioner of Sport and Youth Development, Honourable othman Bala(Boss) said the governor is poised to support sporting events in the state,which already he has offered the city hall along Shendam road to accommodate other indoor sport as way of encouraging youths participation that would add value to the state.
