No Life Lost As Heavy-Duty Vehicle Falls Off Tarzan Flyover In Nkpor

There was panic at the New Parts axis of Nkpor in Idemili North Local Government Area when a heavy-duty vehicle plunged off the Tarzan Flyover and crashed onto several parked vehicles below.However, residents, traders, and motorists heaved a sigh of relief as no life was lost in the incident, although several persons sustained injuries.

Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, adding that they noticed the vehicle falling from the flyover and immediately ran to safety.Passengers who were already seated in some commercial buses waiting to depart also escaped unhurt.They stated that although no life was lost, four persons who sustained injuries were rushed to Madueke Hospital, Nkpor, for treatment.As of the time of filing this report, the cause of the accident had not been ascertained.
