Nnamdi Kanu files fresh motion to quash all charges
IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu has filed a fresh motion at the Federal High Court, Abuja, seeking to strike out all charges against him and secure his release.
In the motion dated October 30, Kanu argued that the charges were based on repealed laws and thus “null and void.” He urged the court to dismiss them for lacking legal foundation and violating constitutional provisions.
