NIS Ends Third-Party Visa Processing in US
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has terminated the services of its third-party visa application provider in the United States, directing applicants to submit requests directly at Nigerian embassies and consulates.
The directive, effective immediately, requires travellers to use the Nigerian Embassy in Washington, DC, and consulates in New York and Atlanta for visa applications until further notice. No reason was given for the disengagement of Online Integrated Solution (OIS) Services, which previously handled submissions.
