We have two exciting positions available: Accountant/Inventory Officer, and Loader.

1. Accountant/Inventory Officer

Job Requirements:OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Proven work experience as an Accountant (Advantage)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices

Proficiency in using inventory management software of Microsoft Excel

Scope of Duties: Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports

Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate documentation

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Develop and implement inventory control procedures

Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment

Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels

Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to management

2. Loader

Job Requirements:SSCE or High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a Loader or similar role

Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy objects

Strong attention to safety procedures and regulations

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Scope of Duties :Load and unload goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles

Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing goods

Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the loading area

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes

Assist in inventory management and stocktaking activities
