Navy seizes 489kg of cannabis, hands to NDLEA
The Nigerian Navy’s NNS BEECROFT disrupted a drug syndicate in Lagos, seizing 489kg of cannabis and putting suspects on the run.
Commander Commodore Aiwuyor Adams-Aliu said the narcotics were handed to the NDLEA for destruction, with perpetrators being tracked for arrest. The operation highlights ongoing collaboration between the Navy and NDLEA against drug trafficking.
