FCT High Court dismisses ₦1.818bn fee suit against Abia
The FCT High Court on Thursday dismissed a ₦1.818bn professional fee suit against the Abia State Government, ruling it an abuse of court process.
The court held that the claim, filed by Olusola Oke, SAN, was largely identical to a previous case, amounting to forum shopping, and noted Abia had already paid over ₦2bn to a prior consultant.
