No fewer than four Ghana-must-go bags stashed with crisp naira notes were yesterday recovered by operatives of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Gusau, Zamfara State.

The amount, suspected to be looted by a highly placed officer of the electoral body, was tracked down in a discrete raid by EFCC following a tip-off by a whistle blower.

Allegedly totaling about N85 million, the amount contained in the four bags is believed to be part of ad-hoc staff allowances diverted by INEC officials in the state.

EFCC operatives arrived at INEC Gusau office at about 11.20 am, left the premises at 1.40 pm in a white-coloured Toyota Hiace bus, carrying with them four Ghana-must-go bags containing the cash.

  1. Heya i’m for the primary time here. I found this board and I to find It really useful & it helped me out a lot. I’m hoping to present one thing again and aid others such as you helped me.

  2. The other day, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a 40 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
