N-POWER: No Going Back, All Volunteers Will Be Paid, See Date.
N-Power Batch A and B volunteers have been agitating to be staffed parmanently by federal government since the federal government announced that they would be exited from the programme.
The spoke person to the President, Mr. Femi Adesina has finally cleared up the air on the fate of the volunteers when he was speaking on Channel TV, Friday the 7th of August, 2020. According to him, all Batch A and B volunteers would be exited from the programme, that the Federal Government has taken its decision and there is not going back.
He further stressed that the volunteers concerned will be paid not later than next week.
He added that the government wants others who have not benefited from tbe programme to benefit, that the federal government cannot continue to pay 500,000 volunteers for life.
He later stated that the number of people who have registered for Batch C is an indication that many people want to benefit from the programme.
