Man Drags Commissioner, Others To Court Over Certificate Saga

A man identified as Mr. Obum Joseph of Umuozu, in Nwangele LGA of Imo State has dragged the commissioner for Gender and Vulnerable Groups affairs, Mrs. Nkechi Ugwu to Court’s demanding she produce her certificates.
In an originating summons brought pursuant to order 6, 7, and 9 of the Federal High Court rules 2019, section 1,2,3 and 20 of the freedom of information act 2011, the applicant queries the authenticity of the certificates presented by her to the Imo State House of Assembly.
The suit FHC/OW/CS/71 also joined the Clerk, Imo State House of Assembly, Imo Assembly, and the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Imo State.
